 | Descripción: | Digitally remastered and expanded edition. They made one of the rarest albums of the psychedelic era (a copy recently sold on eBay for just under £4,000), while their two singles included one of the genre's most enduring surrender-to-the-void creations in the much-compiled 'The Otherside'. Nevertheless, so little information has ever surfaced about Apple that UK underground rock guide book Galactic Ramble described them as "probably the only legendary UK psych band still shrouded in mystery". Finally, however, we have some kind of closure with this first-ever band-approved reissue of An Apple A Day, which also includes mono mixes of their aforementioned brace of single releases. More than half-a-century after they split, band leader Jeff Harrad spills the beans for the first time on their murky genesis in Cardiff. With a new essay on the band that includes numerous quotes from Harrad, rare band photos and re-mastered sound quality, this new digipak edition of An Apple A Day is the definitive release of a classic, much-loved late Sixties UK psychedelic pop period piece., Runningtime: 00:00:00, Bass: Jeff Harrad, Compiled By, Liner Notes [Annotated]: David Wells (2), Design, Layout: Andy Morten, Drums: Dave Brassington, Guitar: Robbo Ingram, Mastered By [Reissue]: Oli Hemingway, Piano: Charlie Barber, Producer: Caleb Quaye, Project Manager: David Wells (2), Project Manager: John Reed, Vocals: Dennis Regan, Written-By: Dave Brassington, Written-By: Robbo Ingram, Written-By: Dave Brassington, Written-By: Robbo Ingram, Written-By: Jeff Harrad, Written-By: Charlie Barber, Written-By: Dave Brassington, Written-By: Robbo Ingram, Written-By: Dennis Regan, Written-By: McKinley Morganfield, Written-By: Charlie Barber, Written-By: Charlie Barber, Written-By: Chris Dreja, Written-By: Jeff Beck, Written-By: Jimmy Page, Written-By: Keith Relf, Written-By: Brownie McGhee, Written-By: Charlie Barber, Written-By: Dave Brassington, Written-By: Robbo Ingram, Written-By: Charlie Barber, Written-By: Dave Brassington, Written-By: Robbo Ingram, Written-By: Jeff Harrad, Labelcode GRPF2918792.2 (CRSEG079), Copyright (c) Grapefruit Records, Licensed From Jeff Harrad, Recorded At Dick James Studio, Manufactured By Key Production, Mastered At The Wax Works, Designed At Pepperbox, Published By Dick James Music Ltd., Published By Watertoons, Published By Yardbirds Music, Published By Henrees Music Co., Published By Kassner Associated Publishers Ltd. | | N° de títulos: |
