Cactus was a rock group formed by Jim McCarty & Carmine Appice. Barely Contained: Studio Sessions, 2 disc set, contains all the studio tracks from their four Atco albums from the early 1970s along with a few other rare tracks. Those albums were "Cactus", "Restrictions", "One Way Or Another" & "Ot 'N' Sweaty".
