The Norwegians A-Ha in the 80s became a very iconic group for a large number of music lovers around the world, opening to the masses such an enjoyable genre as electronic pop. Formally, their golden period is exactly the decade when they declared themselves, but in reality they recorded absolutely brilliant albums from and to, in 2000 and 2002. “Minor Earth, Major Sky” and “Lifelines” - it is on these discs that you can hear the band's signature hits that are included in the set of all concerts. Six years ago, the group officially said goodbye to the stage and, quite unexpectedly, presented a surprise in the form of a new studio disc for the fall of 2015. "Cast In Steel" is not just the tenth disc of the legendary band and not a "birthday cake" for their thirtieth anniversary. Morten Harket & Co. recorded a surprisingly complete piece, where there is not a single superfluous or hacky track. The disc has incorporated everything that A-Ha is loved for in the past and in the present - amazing melody, rich instrumental backing and extraordinary almost weightless ease in presentation. Not everyone will agree that in the sixth decade, A-Ha demonstrates that the group is in great shape. "Cast In Steel" is not a revelation in the usual sense. It is a special drink of maturity and solidity for exquisite listening and entertainment.
