"Superposition" is the self-titled debut album by the Finnish jazz group Superposition, released on CD by We Jazz / Indigo. This record showcases a modern approach to jazz, blending intricate rhythms and harmonies with atmospheric soundscapes. The band consists of some of Finland's most innovative young musicians: Adele Sauros (saxophone), Linda Fredriksson (baritone saxophone), Tuomo Dahlblom (guitar), Mikael Saastamoinen (bass), and Olavi Louhivuori (drums). Their collective experience brings together elements from contemporary jazz, free improvisation, and Nordic influences. Superposition has quickly gained recognition for their dynamic live performances and fresh compositional style. The label We Jazz is renowned in the European jazz scene for its commitment to high-quality releases that push genre boundaries while supporting emerging talent.
