Colour vision is a rebirth album for me. It's about seeing the world differently when you conquer adversity. Empowering yourself and realizing you control your own destiny. I wrote the majority of this record after being silent for 4 months and almost losing my voice through a vocal surgery. When I finally could sing again it meant so much more to me, my perspective changed completely and this album encapsulates that outlook. Finding the Colour in the world right in front of you where it once felt like a dark tunnel you may never reach the end of.
A limited amount of preorders had the option to be signed by MAX on the front cover.
"Colour Vision" is a vinyl LP that showcases Max's nuanced approach to contemporary sound, blending emotive songwriting with finely crafted production. Across the album, Max explores a wide spectrum of moods and textures, moving from intimate, reflective pieces to more expansive, rhythm-driven tracks that invite repeated listening. The sequencing is carefully thought out, creating a cinematic flow that makes "Colour Vision" as rewarding to experience from start to finish as it is to dip into individual songs. Warm analogue sonics, detailed arrangements and a strong sense of melody give the record both immediacy and depth, making it a standout addition to any modern vinyl collection.

As an artist, Max is characterized by a distinct sense of atmosphere and a precise ear for detail. His work often balances introspective lyrics and subtle emotional arcs with clear, memorable hooks. Over the years, Max has developed a consistent artistic identity, with releases that have resonated strongly with listeners seeking music that is both accessible and richly layered. "Colour Vision" distills these strengths into a cohesive statement, underlining his evolution as a songwriter, producer and performer and confirming his reputation as a versatile, forward-thinking artist.

The LP format underscores the album's focus on dynamics, pacing and immersive listening. Side A highlights the more immediate, song-oriented material, while Side B leans into expansive arrangements and deeper, atmospheric cuts; together they create an engaging narrative that rewards attentive playback on a quality turntable. Careful mastering for vinyl emphasizes clarity, spatial depth and a pleasing low-end response, ensuring that "Colour Vision" not only sounds compelling but also makes full use of the analog medium's tactile charm.

Behind this release stands Colour Vis, a manufacturer dedicated to presenting music on high-quality physical formats. Known for a meticulous approach to pressing and packaging, Colour Vis places strong emphasis on durable materials, precise sound reproduction and visually appealing presentation. Their catalog reflects a commitment to artists who value the album as a complete work rather than a loose collection of tracks. With "Colour Vision," Colour Vis once again demonstrates its focus on craft and long-term collectability, offering a release designed for listeners who truly appreciate the ritual and sound of vinyl.
