This unique guitarist, who plays a 9-string jazz archtop guitar, began playing guitar at age 11, and during his teens, studied with San Salvador, and learned classical fingerstyle from Frederic Hand. Michael released his first recording, "Jet Blue," in 1987, and has continued to compose, teach, record and play his unique music throughout the Northeast. This recording features him in a trio setting of guitar, bass and drums, and it will appeal to lovers of sophisticated jazz guitar in the style of George Van Eps, Lenny Breau and Joe Pass.
