The demo versions of "From The Underground", "Lost In The Ice", "Wake Me When I'm Dead", "Raw Caress", "Firestorm" and "Her Diary's Black Pages" are taken from the box set [r=8037982] (more exactly from the included compilation Demonizer), that was released in 2015. The version of "Lost In The Ice" on the the box set fades out a little earlier.
The demo versions of "Nevermore", "The Missing Link", "Refuge" and "The Pit And The Pendulum" as well as "Wake Me When I'm Dead (Various Intros)" are previously unreleased.
