This version of Dreaming comes as a 1xLP. - Special Presentation Vinyl edition of The Dreaming. Kate's chart topping 1982 album The Dreaming. The 'Escapologist Edition' this edition represents the album in totally new artwork, which has been designed by Glasgow-based Timorous Beasties. With new illustrated artwork for front, rear and inner sleeves picking up the same theme as the original, the escape of Harry Houdini thanks to his wife passing him the key to the padlock via a kiss (as told in the song 'Houdini' on the album). The Escapologist Edition of The Dreaming is pressed on 180gm black vinyl and uses the 2018 remastering.Special presentation edition of The Dreaming.
The full title of this edition: "The Dreaming The Escapologist Edition" is seen on the spine only.
The Escapologist Edition is the second in the series of the illustrated vinyl releases, following on from Hounds of Love (Baskerville Edition). 180-gram vinyl remastered reissue release in 'Timorous Beasties' designed presentation sleeve with an obi.

The picture inner sleeve and obi are both of textured high grade craft paper, they have the appearance of textured, gold screen printed wallpaper.
The package did not come shrink-wrapped, instead in a resealable polypropylene outer bag.
There is a barcode sticker applied to this outer cover. There is no barcode on the sleeve itself. There appear to be at least two variants of this sticker, one shows the catalogue number too, the other doesn't.
