 | Descripción: | Deluxe two CD edition includes a bonus CD containinga plethora of unreleased studio and BBC recordings. Digitally remastered and expanded 50th Anniversary edition of the 1965 debut album from the Birmingham-based band including bonus tracks. Now associated as being pioneers of progressive orchestral rock, The Moody Blues had another life between 1964 - 1966, as one of Britain's finest Rhythm & Blues influenced acts. With a line-up of Denny Laine (guitar, vocals, harmonica), Ray Thomas (vocals, harmonica, flute), Mike Pinder (keyboards, vocals), Clint Warwick (bass, vocals) and Graeme Edge (drums), the band signed to a London based management company who leased recordings to Decca Records. Their second single, a cover version of Bessie Banks' 'Go Now!' was a huge chart success across the world. Their debut album, THE MAGNIFICENT MOODIES was released in1965 to great acclaim and tours with the Beatles eventually led them to become part of Brian Epstein's management stable. The band continued to record a series of singles, enjoying further chart hits in the UK and Europe, before Clint Warwick departed and then finally dissolving in the Autumn of 1966 and reinventing themselves stylistically with a new line-up featuring Justin Hayward and John Lodge., Runningtime: 00:00:00, Bass, Vocals: Clint Warwick, Bass, Vocals: Rod Clark (2), Design [Package]: Phil Smee, Drums: Graeme Edge, Engineer [Advision Studios]: Gerald Chevin, Engineer [Decca Studio No. 2]: Gus Dudgeon, Flute, Maracas, Harmonica, Tambourine, Alto Vocals: Ray Thomas, Mixed By [September 2014 at Blitz Productions]: Ben Wiseman, Mixed By [September 2014 at Blitz Productions]: Mark Powell, Piano, Vocals: Mike Pinder, Producer: Denny Cordell, Reissue Producer [Conceived], Coordinator [Additional Project Co-ordination]: Vicky Powell, Remastered By: Paschal Byrne, Research, Compiled By, Liner Notes: Mark Powell, Transferred By [Analogue To Digital]: Ben Wiseman, Transferred By [Analogue To Digital]: Paschal Byrne, Vocals, Guitar, Harmonica: Denny Laine, Producer: Alex Murray, Producer: Alex Murray, Producer: Alex Murray, Labelcode ESOA22473.2 (ECLEC 22473), Copyright (c) Cherry Red Records Ltd., Phonographic Copyright (p) Graeme Edge, Phonographic Copyright (p) Brian Hines, Phonographic Copyright (p) Michael Pinder, Phonographic Copyright (p) Raymond Thomas, Phonographic Copyright (p) BBC Worldwide Ltd., Licensed To Cherry Red Records Ltd., Recorded At Olympic Sound Studios, Recorded At Decca Studios, Recorded At Advision Studios, Mixed At Blitz Productions, Remastered At The Audio Archiving Company, Designed At Waldo's Design & Dream Emporium | | N° de títulos: |
